Small Python utilities and agent skills for talking to Bluetooth Low Energy devices.
We work out how specific BLE devices behave, then package what was validated as a small command-line tool or an agent skill that a coding agent can run directly. Everything works at the local Bluetooth layer.

- Each tool was validated against specific devices, as its README states. Other devices are not claimed to work.
- They work at the local Bluetooth layer; the Oura repositories do not use the Oura app or cloud API.
