[Angular] Core depends on @tanstack/devtools-event-client, which breaks SSR #1759

Describe the bug

The Angular package depends on Core, which in turn has a hard dependency on @tanstack/devtools-event-client. The @tanstack/devtools-event-client package exports an EventClient which uses a CustomEvent instance.

The problem is, when Angular SSR is enabled it will throw an error:

The "event" argument must be an instance of Event. Received an instance of CustomEvent

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a new angular ssr project: https://angular.dev/guide/ssr
2. Install tanstack form
3. Run the application

Expected behavior

Ideally it should only bundle on the client.
