Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
http.rs tests formatting helpers rather than HTTP behavior;
enrich.rs tests calls real OpenUV API with a fake key.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a mock server of some kind, to emulate answers from providers, do not call real APIs in tests.
