Implement a logs command alias to simplify showing logs #1731

For now, to view logs, we should use the tail command, that is not very obvious, because most of other apps provide just logs. So, to simplify the usage, let's add the logs command as an alias to tail?

Also, would be great to show the combined logs there (stderr and stdout together), because very often users see logs to understand why the process fails, and with default settings they don't see there the stderr...
