Configure UI testing #777

As part of the Design System refactor, we should make sure that new UI is tested properly and not causing any regressions. Ideally, this would be done with E2E tests.

We should also come up with a way to create unit tests for edge-cases in components (maybe using plain unit tests, Storybook component tests, or Playwright component tests).
