Occasionally, the "clientid" section does not appear with a snaas repository #1537

There is an intermittent issue on the Api and Securities page where the "clientid" section fails to display as expected.
Client app gets an error from odata action.

Notably, restarting the central and client repository serves as a temporary solution, indicating a potential underlying problem.
