Add Omkar Account Generator, a python SDK Wrapper for Randomuser.me #217

Hello @keitharm,

I have written Omkar Account Generator. It is a python SDK Wrapper for Randomuser.me. You may view it at https://github.com/omkarcloud/omkar-account-generator. Could you add it to your website. It will be a great help to Python developers.

Please let me know if you have questions regarding Omkar Account Generator.

Thanks,
Chetan
