Add a test for the Time prefix of coq-time-commands. - #895

coq-preprocessing, on proof-shell-insert-hook, relies on the variables string and action being dynamically bound by proof-shell-insert. No test covered this hook, which would silently break if proof-shell.el switched to lexical binding. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
