[BUG][DATA][PF1e] Eidolon Improved Bite evolution has an incorrect (inert) Biped exclusion #7763

Describe the bug

Evolution ~ Improved Bite ("Bite (1.5 x Str.)") and Temp Evolution ~ Improved Bite in data/pathfinder/paizo/roleplaying_game/advanced_players_guide/apg_abilities_companion.lst are gated by:

PREMULT:1,[!PRERACE:1,Eidolon (Biped)],[!PREABILITY:1,CATEGORY=Internal,Eidolon Type ~ Biped]

This is meant to bar Biped eidolons from the 1.5× Str bite upgrade, but the rules have no such restriction. The APG Bite evolution lists no base form. If the eidolon already has a bite, taking Bite again lets it deal 1-1/2 × Str on bite damage, even alongside other natural attacks. Quadruped and Serpentine eidolons get Bite free; a Biped buys Bite first, then the upgrade.

The prereq has no effect today: no race is keyed Eidolon (Biped) (APG eidolons are race Eidolon plus an Eidolon Type ~ … ability), so the !PRERACE branch always passes. It still encodes the wrong rule and would start blocking Biped eidolons if such a race were added. It came in with 0fbf646 and was copied onto the temp version by DATA-2437.

To Reproduce

Nothing reproduces in the UI with current data (see above). To see the prereq, open apg_abilities_companion.lst and look at the two Bite (1.5 x Str.) lines.

Expected behavior

No base-form prereq on Improved Bite; any eidolon that has a bite can take it.
