Updated MudBlazor from 9.0.0 to 9.12.0.

9.12.0

[!NOTE]
Another release in the performance series that has already cut component renders by 43%. Read more

Highlights

  • New options: line charts accept null data points and either leave a gap or connect across them with ConnectNullPoints. MudDataGrid can filter an enum column by several values with the "is any of" operator. MudDivider takes child content, MudText has Truncate, MudDataGrid has ToolBarWrapContent, MudAutocomplete has OuterClass, and HierarchyColumn applies Class and the Cell* class and style parameters. (#13068, #14056, #13926, #13120, #14046, #13825, #14092)

  • Server data and search: MudAutocomplete, MudTable and MudDataGrid now keep the results of the newest search or load. Before, they kept whichever finished last. An autocomplete stays closed after you close it, select or clear while a search is running. A grid or table that lands past the last page goes back to the first page and keeps its loading bar until the data arrives. Popovers removed before their first render no longer leak in Interactive Server, so grouped grids with a pager stop collecting orphaned tooltips. (#13944, #14053, #14069, #14070, #14064, #14065, #14068, #13949, #14057, #14063, #14049, #14050)

  • Date range picker:

    • MinDays and MaxDays now apply on both sides of the first clicked date.
    • Hovering an earlier date previews the range.
    • Changing the limits before the second click takes effect right away.
    • Opening an editable picker no longer marks a valid range invalid.
    • ResetAsync returns the calendar to its starting month.

    (#14052, #14054, #14058, #14059, #13945, #13936)

Upgrading

  • The "is any of" operator appears on every enum column. Its Value is a collection of enum values. If your ServerData code doesn't handle that operator yet, hide it with Column.FilterOperators. (#14056)
  • More parameters raise MUD0012 when read through a component reference. This now applies to Title and SecondaryText on MudStep, and to MinDays, MaxDays, MinDate and MaxDate on the date pickers. If you treat warnings as errors, read the step values through IStepContext (for example MudStepper.Steps), or keep the values in your own fields. Setting these parameters in markup is unchanged. (#13939, #14058)
  • Date range pickers with MinDays set allow earlier dates. A date before the first click can become the range start when the span is within MinDays and MaxDays. A MinDays of 0 or less now behaves like 1. (#14054)

Updated OpenShock.Desktop.ModuleBase from 1.1.4 to 1.3.1.

Release notes

Sourced from OpenShock.Desktop.ModuleBase's releases.

1.3.1

Fixed

  • openshock: login links. Clicking "Log in" in the browser
used to fail in every case: if the app was already running the handoff threw
before it sent anything, and if it wasn't running the token was parsed and then
thrown away, so you landed back on the login screen either way.
  • Malformed deep links no longer crash the app. openshock://token/...,
odd casing and junk links are all handled instead of throwing on startup.
  • Fixed a hang after logging in. Once you were logged in, an internal lock was
never released, so the next login or logout attempt would wait forever.
  • Login failures now say what went wrong. Instead of a red "Login Failed",
you get the actual reason, expired token, backend unreachable, an outdated
client that can't read the server's response, or the backend's own error
message, plus a Try Again button in the account menu.

1.3.0

What's Changed

UI overhaul

  • Reworked the whole dashboard shell around a shared set of layout primitives (PageContainer, SectionCard, LabeledRow, LabeledBlock), so Dashboard, App Settings, Shockers, Debug and Module Manager all follow the same spacing, headings and card styling.
  • Rebuilt the sidebar: cleaner navigation, module entries with proper status, and an empty state when no modules are installed.
  • Hubs are now shown in named groups — your own hubs stay unlabeled, shared ones are attributed to the person they came from — with a redesigned hub status row.

Module resilience

Modules can no longer take down the app:

  • A module that throws during setup or start is marked faulted and disabled. Its sidebar entry stays with an error icon, and its page shows a fault notice instead of half-initialised components.
  • Page and sidebar render errors are contained by error boundaries. The boundary recovers on navigation and caps the error count, so one broken module can't crash the shell.
  • A module component that fails to construct renders a placeholder instead of taking the page with it.
  • Module install and removal are crash-safe: replaced folders are parked in .trash instead of being deleted in place, a failed extract rolls back, failed tasks stay queued for retry, and the memory-mapped module definition is disposed properly.

Fixes & internals

  • Single-instance enforcement now uses a named mutex instead of probing the pipe, which is faster and more reliable at startup.
  • Module UI surface (icon, root component, navigation items) is snapshotted and validated once at load instead of being re-read from the render tree every frame.
  • Dependency updates: MudBlazor 9.9.0, TUnit 1.65.68.

1.2.1

Features

  • Shared hubs — hubs that other users have shared with you now show up in the app, grouped by their owner in the sidebar and on the shockers tab, with live control support (#83)
  • Shockers tab in the sidebar — the shockers page is now reachable directly from the nav menu
  • Linux AppImage builds — the AppImage is built in CI and attached to releases, including a Linux restart handler and proper window/taskbar icons on X11 and Wayland ...
