   This issue seems to be mixing topics.

   There is create tar / zip bundles.

   There is "use the new server launcher script"

   @tonygermano should this be open still? Perhaps a new tissue for using the new launcher script.

   At this time, the tar/zip bundles are still being created by install4j, and the launchers from #2 are being removed in favor of the install4j generated launchers. The launchers in the repo are primarily used during local development.
