Add more meta-data to mediator keys (?) #28

Currently mediator keys are stored anonymously, i.e. the signed key data does not contain any information about the key holder. To foster public trust in the system we should maybe add such information to the signed data, so that a user can verify the provenance of a given signature chain in the app.
