Topic attributes that vary by trailing space are not saved

When saving an existing topic, if the new value varies only by trailing space, the value is not saved. Presumably this is due to a Trim() check, which is likely valid—unless the existing value is not trimmed. I haven't dived into this yet to confirm if that's current behavior or something that we previously resolved with a bug fix. This is a placeholder to look into that issue.
