Adds a note to the GitHub integration docs that a GitHub Connection can have up to 500 repositories.
This goes with OctopusDeploy/GitHubWebApp#329, which stops a connection from being saved with more than 500 repositories.
Background 🌊
GitHub won't create an installation token for more than 500 repositories. A customer hit this with 508 repositories on one connection, and every project on that connection lost Git access (OctopusDeploy/Issues#10329).
