What you've created has several moving parts, @dwertheimer . Were you thinking there would be a new command to "/setup TOC" for a note? And it would ask questions to configure it?
Or something else?

I hadn't really thought about it but now that I am, I think that people probably have preferences for how they like their TOCs and want them all the same. So maybe it's in Settings
