Give SP wings, Medals of Honour, the Magic Lamp and Wings of Friendship their effects, and show others' SP in the in packet - #2592
Several items did nothing, or too little, when used, and other players never saw a specialist transformation.
The client's item descriptions say what the items do:
Angel Wings (and the 40-odd other wings, effect 650): "Transforms your specialist's wings into Angel Wings. 1. Transform into a specialist. 2. Use this item to change your wings. You can only change the wings into Angel Wings with an improved Specialist Card +1 or higher."
Medal of Honour: "You receive 200 reputation points. The item will be consumed when clicked."
First use: the client's own question AskChangeWings; Confirm resends u_i with mode 1.
Confirm: the worn specialist's Design and the character's MorphDesign take the item's effect value, c_mode goes to the map, stat to the player, msgi WingsChanged, item consumed. The design is stored on the card, so the wings come back on the next transformation and after a relog.
MedalOfHonourHandler (new, UseItem, effect MedalOfHonour = 69): adds the effect value to the reputation, sends fd and a green sayi ReputationIncreased, consumes the medal. Card holders and beads share effect 69 but are Box items, so only Special items are taken.
in packet: morph, morph upgrade, wings (MorphUpgrade2) and the fairy (Fairy, FairyElement, FairyMorph) were always 0, so a player who walked into view or logged in next to you saw you untransformed and without a fairy. They now carry the real values. The morph stays 0 on a mount, because the field is a byte and mount morphs go past 255.
Magic Lamp (ChangeGenderHandler): refuses with the client's RemoveEquipment while anything is worn, asks AskChangeGender first (Confirm resends u_i mode 1), and sends GenderChanged after the change. It used to switch the gender silently on the first click, equipment on.
FriendshipWingsHandler (new, guri 199, effect FriendshipWings): the friend list's travel button sends argument 1, which starts a three-second delay bar; its follow-up (argument 2) moves the character next to the friend and consumes one wing. Refused without wings (NoFriendshipWings), for a non-friend, an offline friend (YourFriendIsOffline), or when either side is in an instance (CanNotBeUsedHere). The parser marks vnums 2160, 2312 and 10048.
ItemEffectType: FriendshipWings = 199, ChangeSpecialistWings = 650 and MedalOfHonour = 69 (same number as Undefined, which the holders keep). The parser override for the medals now names MedalOfHonour. Migrations AddWingsAndMedalOfHonourItemEffects and AddFriendshipWingsItemEffect add the Postgres enum labels.
documentation/manual-test-plan.md: new Specialist wings, Medals of Honour, Magic Lamp and Wings of Friendship sections.
How it was verified
dotnet build NosCore.sln: 0 errors.
dotnet test: GameObject (663), PacketHandlers (428), Core, Database and WebApi pass. Parser has one failure, EveryDeclaredEffectIsNamed, an opt-in test that also fails on master and is unrelated.
In the client (browser build of the current client against a local stack): Tester as a Swordsman on Chicken Farm Path (2550), wearing a +1 Warrior card, with Angel Wings, Devil Wings and two Medals of Honour in the Main pocket. Same scene on both builds.

Not shown in the client: the transformed path (question, wings on the character) and the in packet as another player sees it. The browser build in the cloud crashes when it opens the character window (no recompiled code at 0065f25e), so it cannot transform; and the in change needs a second client. Wings of Friendship need two friended clients, so they are only unit-tested. All of these are covered by unit tests and listed below for a manual run.
Still needs a human (manual-test-plan.md → Specialist wings, Medals of Honour, Magic Lamp, Wings of Friendship)
Transform with a +0 specialist and use wings: "You can only change the specialist's wings when the specialist card has been upgraded to +1 or above." and the item stays
Transform with a +1 or higher specialist and use them: the client asks "Would you like to change the wings of the current specialist?"; Cancel keeps the item
Confirm: the character gets the wings, "Your specialist wings have been changed." appears and the item is gone
Untransform and transform again, and relog: the wings stay
A second player who walks into the map, or logs in next to you, sees your specialist, its upgrade glow, its wings and your fairy
Magic Lamp while wearing equipment: the remove-equipment message, lamp kept
Wings of Friendship with two friended characters: bar, travel, one wing consumed; offline friend and instance refusals
The reputation window shows the medal's reputation; the Legendary Medal of Honour ($CreateItem 5892) adds 30 000
Change the wings on an eligible specialist using a Specialist Wings item. The change requires an active specialist upgraded to at least +1 and asks for confirmation before consuming the item.
Use eligible Medals of Honour to gain reputation; each medal is consumed on use.
Travel to an online friend with Friendship Wings. Travel takes a few seconds and consumes a wing when successful.
Character appearance updates now reflect active specialist transformations and equipped fairy details.
Bug Fixes
Gender changes now ask for confirmation and notify you when complete. Changing gender is unavailable while riding a vehicle, and equipped items must be removed first.
… in the in packet
Wings (effect 650) ask the client's own AskChangeWings question, then set the
worn specialist's design and the character's wing morph and broadcast c_mode.
They need a transformed character (TransformToChangeWings) and a +1 or higher
card (WingsOnlyFromPlusOne), as the item description says.
Medals of Honour add their value to the reputation, refresh fd and say
ReputationIncreased. Card holders share the effect number but are boxes, so
the handler only takes Special items.
The in packet sent the morph, its upgrade, the wings and the fairy as 0, so a
player walking into view looked untransformed and fairyless. It now carries
them; vehicles stay at 0 because the field is a byte and mount morphs are not.

Walkthrough
The change adds item effects and handlers for Medal of Honour, Specialist Wings, and Wings of Friendship. It also updates appearance packets and gender-change handling. Tests and manual checks cover these behaviors.
The enum and item parser add effect assignments. Database migrations and the model snapshot record the new enum values.
Apply Medal of Honour reputation src/NosCore.GameObject/Messaging/Handlers/UseItem/MedalOfHonourHandler.cs, test/NosCore.GameObject.Tests/Messaging/Handlers/UseItem/MedalOfHonourHandlerTests.cs, documentation/manual-test-plan.md
Qualifying special medals are consumed, and their positive effect values are added to character reputation. Tests and manual checks cover reputation updates, item consumption, and ignored items.
Change specialist wings and appearance src/NosCore.GameObject/Messaging/Handlers/UseItem/SpecialistWingsHandler.cs, src/NosCore.GameObject/Ecs/Extensions/PlayerBundleExtensions.cs, test/NosCore.GameObject.Tests/Messaging/Handlers/UseItem/SpecialistWingsHandlerTests.cs, test/NosCore.GameObject.Tests/Ecs/Extensions/InPacketAppearanceTests.cs, documentation/manual-test-plan.md
The handler checks specialist state, prompts for confirmation, and applies wing designs while consuming the item. Appearance packets include equipped fairy values and active specialist morph values. Tests and manual checks cover these behaviors.
The handler sends an equipment-removal message when equipment blocks use, prompts when the packet mode is zero, and sends a gender-changed message after use. Tests and manual checks cover these behaviors.
A valid request starts a three-second delay. A valid travel-stage request consumes one wing and moves the player to the online friend's map and position. Tests and manual checks cover requirements and failure cases.

Make the enum migration rollback executable.
After Up adds medal_of_honour and change_specialist_wings, Down requests their removal. Npgsql does not support removing PostgreSQL enum values through this migration operation. A deployment rollback will fail at this step. Provide an explicit rollback strategy, or mark this migration as intentionally irreversible. (npgsql.org)

Left as generated. Every earlier enum-label migration in this repo (AddMateCaptureItemEffect, AddMissingApplyHairStyleLabel, AddRestoreDignityItemEffect) has the same dotnet ef-generated Down, and the project does not hand-edit migrations. Making enum migrations irreversible would be a repo-wide policy change, so it belongs in its own PR if the maintainer wants it.

@erwan-joly Understood. I will not press for a migration edit in this PR. Keeping the generated Down follows the convention you described, but it does not remove the rollback limitation.
Would you like me to open a follow-up issue to define a consistent rollback policy for enum-label migrations?

@erwan-joly Understood. I will not press for a migration edit in this PR. The rollback limitation remains, but a repository-wide rollback policy can be considered in a separate PR.
The Magic Lamp now refuses while equipment is worn, asks the client's own
question before changing the gender, and confirms afterwards.
Wings of Friendship (guri 199) take a character to a friend on the same
channel after a three-second bar, consuming one wing. They refuse without
wings, for a non-friend, an offline friend, or when either side is in an
instance.

GuriPacketHandler publishes every incoming GuriPacket, and FriendshipWingsHandler accepts Argument == 2 without checking a pending request or elapsed time. A client can send the travel packet directly, pass the friendship and map checks, consume a wing, and teleport without waiting three seconds.
Track the pending friend and request time when handling Argument == 1. Reject Argument == 2 unless it matches that request and the three-second delay has elapsed. Clear the pending state after completion or rejection.

Traced: a client can send argument 2 directly and skip the bar. The wing is still consumed and every friendship and map check still runs, so the only gain is skipping three seconds. The same holds for every delay follow-up in the tree today: VehicleHandler, MinilandBellHandler and SpTransformPacketHandler all trust the follow-up without timing it. A fix belongs in one shared place: a component holding the pending delay request, checked by all four. It shouldn't be a one-off here. Leaving this open for the maintainer to decide whether that goes in a separate PR.
