bug: Tables render weirdly when embedding URLs #555

Describe the bug

When embedding URLs (i.e. hyperlinks) inside a table, render-markdown.nvim doesn't catch that the markdown URL syntax isn't part of the actual table, and glitches out the table's borders. I suspect this is because it's rendering the table first before embedding the URL, so it treats the [text](url) as one big string. I've attached an example here. The top table is with the URL embedded, and the bottom is the exact same except just plain text (i.e. [text](url) -> text)

Expected behavior

The 2 tables in the previous screenshot should be rendered the same, just with the top table having hyperlinks embedded in the target text entries

This is due to how concealed text is handled in neovim, currently no fix for this, more info: #82

Thanks. Could I suggest adding this to the known limitations in limitations.md?
