将“全部版本”从 v1.9.5、“仅主版本”从 v1.11.0 统一推进至当前最新正式版 v1.13.2。兼容旧客户端的
auto_update与channels.all保持一致，最早执行时间为 2026-10-12 10:00（北京时间，02:00 UTC）。合并后，启用自动更新的网关将在例行检查时获得升级许可。主版本通道采用 v1.13 系列的修复版，包含 v1.13.0/1.13.1 的后续修复；Release 的 patch 分类保持不变。
WebUI 构建依赖 source-map-js 从 1.2.1 更新至 1.2.2，以通过安全审计（GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q）。该锁文件修复用于当前源码构建，不会重新发布或改写 v1.13.2 已发布资产。
验证：85 项更新检查与安装测试通过；两个通道在 10:00 前等待、到时授权 v1.13.2 的时间边界验证通过；隐私扫描与 git diff --check 通过；npm ci、npm audit --audit-level=high（零漏洞）及 npm run build 通过。
维护者已明确授权将自动更新策略生效。
