Cover per-execution statement logging, isolation and transaction write restrictions, and cluster teardown after registration with prepared reuse enabled and disabled. Keep the same prepared handles across successful executions, errors and context changes.

Exercise prepared execution lifecycle and isolation with reuse enabled and
disabled. Verify distinct finished statement-log records for successes and an
error, while retaining the same prepared-statement identity.
Synchronize a warm read with cluster teardown after registration, then recover
through the same prepared handle. Check transaction snapshots, committed-write
visibility under the supported isolation levels, mixed read/write restrictions
and rollback recovery.
