AWS Key and Secret Should not be Required Parameters when using IAM Roles #273

Overview

Best practises on AWS indicate that developers should use IAM roles instead of hardcoded keys/secrets (wherever possible) - would be nice to be able to hit S3 without strictly requiring hardcoded credentials in the .XML configs for MapCache.
