I checked this against the current main. The PR merges cleanly and I did not find secrets or hidden/bidi characters, but the walkthrough file is currently incomplete: docs/visual-walkthrough.md stops after Open your terminal and run: and does not include the actual steps, commands, screenshots/links, or the rest of the demo flow.

Could you please complete the page before this is merged? A good minimum would be:

• start the local bridge
• load / open AegisLoop
• show or describe the codex block
• show the result coming back
• include sanitized-only guidance
• avoid real conversation IDs, local paths, tokens, or private workspace content

Once the walkthrough is complete, I’ll be happy to review again.
