Summary

Documents the settings from LibreChat-AI/LibreChat#16849: webSearch.rerankerTimeout on the web search page (example block and a new rerankerTimeout entry under Rerankers), and timeouts.imageGenerationMs now also bounding image_gen_oai, in the timeouts table and in a new Timeout section on the OpenAI image tools page. That PR is not merged yet, so this should merge after it.
