Documents the multi-project Agent Manager workflow.

Changes:

• Rewrite agent-manager-projects.md: the experimental multi-project flag, how the default project is chosen, how to add repositories (New project, Open local folder, Clone repository), and per-project scope (Local, worktrees, sections, scripts, settings, .kilo/agent-manager.json).
• Describe the current behavior when the opened VS Code folder is not a Git repository: Agent Manager does not check for this, keeps the folder as the default project, and worktree actions fail. The target behavior in Document multi-repository Agent Manager workflows and non-Git parent folders #13269 is not implemented in the code yet, so it is documented as a gap, not as existing behavior.
• Add a short cross-link from the Agent Manager reference page to the multi-project page.
