What Problem This Solves
The compaction model selector moved out of the Context settings tab, but the docs did not say where it went.
Why This Change Was Made
The setting now lives under Settings → Models, next to the other per-purpose model selectors, and the Context tab links to it. Users following the old docs look in the wrong place.
User Impact
The Settings and Context Condensing pages now point users to Settings → Models > Compaction Model, state that leaving it unset uses the chat model, and show the underlying
agent.compaction.modelconfig key.Evidence
