What Problem This Solves
Beginners can reach conflicts through either Agent Manager return path: Apply can conflict in Local, while a pull request can require conflict resolution on GitHub. The onboarding did not explain that Kilo can resolve those conflicts in the worktree before either step.
Why This Change Was Made
Add Resolve conflicts with Kilo
/update-from-baseas a visible onboarding item. Its explanation tells users to run the command in that worktree session before applying changes to Local or merging a pull request. Kilo then merges the latest base changes and resolves conflicts in the isolated worktree first.User Impact
New Agent Manager sessions now teach where conflict resolution should happen and how to delegate it to Kilo. Compact layouts open the explanation in a popover; larger layouts show it inline. The copy is localized in all 21 Agent Manager locales.
