[BUG] Ctrl+C and right-click Copy fail in chat replies, Ctrl+Insert works (VS Code webview routing) #15469

Description

Can't copy selected text from Kilo Code chat replies in VS Code with Ctrl+C or right-click > Copy. Ctrl+Insert works.

• Select any Kilo assistant reply text in sidebar chat
• Right-click > Copy: nothing copied
• Ctrl+C: nothing copied (paste gives old content)
• Ctrl+Insert with same selection: copies correctly
• Copy in VS Code editor works fine - only Kilo replies affected

Keyboard event cannot be dispatched in keydown phase.
Received  keydown event - modifiers: [ctrl], code: KeyC, keyCode: 67, key: c

Resolving ctrl+C
From 10 keybinding entries, matched editor.action.clipboardCopyAction, when: no when condition, source: built-in.
Invoking command editor.action.clipboardCopyAction.

So Ctrl+C never reaches the webview - VS Code runs editor copy with no editor focused and swallows it. Ctrl+Insert has no VS Code binding so falls through to Chromium native copy.

Right-click Copy likely uses navigator.clipboard.writeText which fails inside webview iframe (Write permission denied, cf. microsoft/vscode#182642).

Tried "key": "ctrl+c", "command": "-editor.action.clipboardCopyAction", "when": "webviewFocus" passthrough in keybindings.json + full restart - still fails.

1. Open Kilo Code sidebar chat
2. Get any assistant reply
3. Drag-select reply text
4. Press Ctrl+C, paste in Notepad - old content
5. Same selection with Ctrl+Insert, paste - correct text
