Summary

Deletes the unreferenced ComingSoonPlaceholder component at
apps/web/src/app/(app)/wasteland/[owner]/[repo]/_components/ComingSoonPlaceholder.tsx.

It is a 'use client' empty-state component that scaffolded the per-wasteland
[owner]/[repo] routes (fork, pulls, settings) while they were still unimplemented.
Those routes now render their own clients, so the placeholder is dead.

Verification

No manual browser verification was performed: this is a pure deletion of an
unreferenced component with no UI change. Automated checks (typecheck and lint)
pass before and after the change; see Reviewer Notes.

Reviewer Notes

Evidence of unreachability. A repository-wide search for ComingSoonPlaceholder
across apps/, packages/, services/, scripts/, and dev/, plus the
Kilo-Org/kilocode external consumer, returns only the component's own definition.
There is no import, re-export barrel, test, or string reference to it.

Dynamic and configured entry points checked. The [owner]/[repo] page.tsx
renders UpstreamBoardClient and layout.tsx renders RepoLayoutShell, not this
component. The _components/ directory has no index.ts barrel, and no tRPC router,
dynamic import(), Jest/Playwright setup, or config references the file. Its only
import is the external lucide-react package, so no internal module becomes
orphaned by the deletion.

Contract and compatibility considerations. The file is not a public or package
exports entry, is not referenced by any SDK/CLI/plugin surface, and is not a
migration, persisted-data shape, or Cloudflare binding target. No production
behavior changes.

Validation performed. tsgo --noEmit for apps/web passes before and after the
deletion (exit 0), and oxlint on the wasteland _components/ directory reports
0 warnings and 0 errors.

chore(janitor): delete unreferenced ComingSoonPlaceholder component

apps/web/src/app/(app)/wasteland/[owner]/[repo]/_components/ComingSoonPlaceholder.tsx
exports ComingSoonPlaceholder, which is not imported anywhere in the
repository. The wasteland [owner]/[repo] fork, pulls, and settings routes
it scaffolded now render their own clients, so the placeholder is dead.
The file is not referenced by any route, barrel, test, config, or string.

Verified: no direct, dynamic, configured, or external references.

Code Review Summary

Status: No Issues Found | Recommendation: Merge

Executive Summary

Pure deletion of the unreferenced ComingSoonPlaceholder client component; repository-wide search confirms no import, barrel, dynamic import, test, or config reference remains.

Assumptions: [INFERENCE] I did not execute typecheck/lint; verification relies on a repo-wide text search for ComingSoonPlaceholder, the absence of an _components/index.ts barrel, and inspection of the sibling route files.
