Add Streetzim navigateble and searchable maps #134

Adding support for the streetzim format in maps. Would allow for users to search by adress, or quards, or stores. keep information on locations such as tags, and phone number/adress. does navigation if GPS is on just like google maps would, telling you when to turn and such. The downside is that not only are the files huge, but they have to roughly double in size when nomad indexs them due to their complexity. Right now I have navigation working, but it usualy take over 60sec to load all the initial data from the archive to be usable. Will be working on improving the indexing process before putting it on experimental.
