…, process and semantic-version Move Invex.StructuredText (and its GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps packages), Invex.FileSystem, Invex.Process and Invex.SemanticVersion from 1.x to the 2.0.0 stable releases. The 2.0.0 packages need Microsoft.Extensions.* 10.0.13 and System.IO.Abstractions 22.3.0, so raise atom's direct references to match; otherwise restore fails with NU1605 package downgrades. Also pin System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs 10.0.13 in the analyzer and source generator test projects. The Roslyn testing packages pull in 9.0.6, which now has published advisories (GHSA-2fmv-rv2c-59x7, GHSA-846f-f764-76mx) and fails restore under TreatWarningsAsErrors, on main as well. Before: Atom depends on Invex.StructuredText 1.5.0 (plus its GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps packages), Invex.FileSystem 1.4.0, Invex.Process 1.4.0 and Invex.SemanticVersion 1.4.0.
After: Atom depends on the 2.0.0 stable releases of all of them, so atom v4.0.0 can ship against stable dependencies rather than release candidates.
