Official docs say this should be 3.7.2 so why is it 3.6? #226
Description
The official docs for the flex environment say the version is 3.7.2 but clearly this repository is 3.6.

This is blocking some deployements.

For those looking for a workaround, you can specify python_version 3.7 in your app.yaml, though the docs don't have it as a valid value.

The image contains 3.7.9 now, but the doc still incorrect.
