Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Add some new phone numbers from different places, internationally and where you are, to your address book.
  2. Make certain that some of those numbers match the international Code for Your Dual Sims. (such as, if one of your dual sims is +1 and the other dual sim is +32, then make certain that you have some +1 phone numbers and some +32 phone numbers in your contacts.)
  3. Try to send a text message to one of those numbers and see if it actually sends it to the correct sem or if it just arbitrarily chooses one.
  4. On my exact model of phone with this OS and this version of the app, it is more likely to choose the wrong sim than anything.

Expected behavior

My expected behavior would be that it would allow me, somewhere, either in my contacts, which I'm using, falsify, or in the texting app that it would allow me to preset which same goes with which phone numbers so that it stays that way, or better yet, to have it see that one of the sims is +1, and one of the sims is +32, and that if I'm dialing a +1 number, it should choose the +1 sim, and if I'm dialing a +32 number, it should choose the +32 sim. And if the international dialing code is neither of those, then perhaps it should ask me which one it would like me to send on.

Regardless, once I have set it to something, I would like it to keep using that one and not have it arbitrarily chosen new one if I delete the message and begin again.

Actual behavior

It's probably not professional to use the word "willy-nilly" in a bug report, but I really don't understand how it is choosing which sim it's going to use when I have not selected one, and it seems to get it wrong 100% of the time if I have not actively selected one first. Neither does it always choose Sim 1 nor does it always choose Sim 2. And if it's going to take a random guess, it 100% of the time gets it wrong.

Screenshots/Screen recordings

It is not a video of this, and I don't want to randomly attempt to text somebody internationally simply to make a video of this. But if you want to give me a US phone number for me to text to for me to make a video of it, I will absolutely do that.
