   I'll have a look what happened. I thought I did apply all the changes needed to send the new version to sonatype, and mvn release did not report any errors, but it looks like something didn't work yet as needed.

   interestingly that the jitpack.io repo has the latest artefact.

   If I add jitpack repo to my gradle file then the artefact can be pull out:

   repositories {
       maven {
           url 'https://jitpack.io'
       }
   }
   
   dependencies {
   ...
       implementation "io.github.fastfilter.fastfilter_java:fastfilter:1.0.4"
   ...
   }

   @thomasmueller Releasing to maven central is complicated and annoying. That's why we have the complicated setup in projects https://github.com/fast-pack/JavaFastPFOR

   Alternatively, we could document that releases are solely on jitpack.io from now on. It is what we did for RoaringBitmap because nobody seems to know how to do the releases to maven central. See RoaringBitmap/RoaringBitmap#749

   Yes, it is true. It's fine for me to fix this problem, but I'm afraid it will take some time (I expect a few days, but it could take longer).

   we could document that releases are solely on jitpack.io

   I'll update the documentation.

   I now created a second tag, 1.0.5. Could you verify this works with jitpack now?

   I never heard of the abbreviation GAV, but it seems to mean Group, Artifact, Version. Just for whoever else reads this thread.

    It is available, but I guess the issue is that the README.md mentions incorrect coordinates
