Device used: Mac 15.0 / Chrome
App Component: Workspace Settings
Action Performed:
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- Create a new Gmail account.
- Select "Something else" during onboarding and complete the flow.
- Create a new workspace.
- Go to Workspace settings > Members.
- Click Invite member.
- Select Setup specialist and invite the person.
Expected Result:
- Setup specialist should have fallback avatar.
- Setup specialist should be invited without issue or should be hidden from the invite list if they are not meant to be invited.
Actual Result:
- Setup specialist has fallback avatar.
- App throws error when trying to invite Setup specialist.

@OfstadC FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.
