Experiment with LSP command method #159

As @dannypsnl mentions:

There is a LSP method called workspace/executeCommand, it seems can send very creative command to language server, including expand/step on given code, and hence avoid escape problems in terminal.

This may be worth a try to potentially improve the UX of terminal features.
