Removed the "with On-Floor Status" text that appears when a profile has the "on-floor" LDAP role, as on-floor status was removed with Constitution Amendment #309.

Removed the "with On-Floor Status" text that appears when a profile has the "on-floor" LDAP role.
Why
On-floor status was removed with Constitution Amendment #309.
Test Plan
Yea so come back to me on that one because I haven't tested it yet so you should yell at me to test it but also is this what we actually want? Or do we want to make only people who physically live on floor have the on_floor tag? Do we leave it for legacy reasons? Idk.
