Description
Haptic feedback is triggered on launch if project windows are open. This is most likely in response to the @yapryntsev's PR we merged for snapping the sidebar. When the sidebar snaps to the default width, haptic feedback is given.
To Reproduce
- Open CodeEdit after Quitting with a few project windows open.
- Notice haptic feedback is given.
Expected behavior
No haptic feedback is given.

I think we can close this. I did mention this problem and give a suggestion in PR #984 so it won't introduce this problem again. Or we can close this after 984 is merged.
