The docker build failure is due to missing base images: astral-sh/uv#22459. Once these are available, the checks can be re-run and should pass.
The package
pyyamldoes not have wheels published that support Python 3.15 (yaml/pyyaml#951) so it is being temporarily built from source. Once those wheels are published, the configuration line inpyproject.tomlto allow buildingpyyamlfrom source can be dropped.
