Subject: Delayed Response - Bug Report & Logs Attached
Dear [Developer's Name / Support Team],
I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. I am a user from China, and I am currently using the optimized version of Anibullet.
I have attached a ZIP file containing the screen recording and log files for your reference.
Regarding the specific issue: On Windows 10, after finishing a video recording, a black block appears at the bottom of the screen where the toolbar used to be.
I look forward to your reply. Wishing you a Happy Chinese New Year!
Best regards,

Thanks for the report. To help us investigate this, could you provide some additional details?
Information needed:
What exactly is shown in the screenshot? Is this a visual glitch/artifact, an error message, or something else?
Cap version (found in the app's settings or About section)
Operating system and version (macOS/Windows/Linux)
Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
Does this happen with specific recording settings (e.g., resolution, frame rate, studio mode)?
Debug logs can be very helpful for diagnosing recording issues:
macOS: /Users/{username}/Library/Logs/so.cap.desktop
Windows: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\so.cap.desktop\logs
Linux: /home/{username}/.config/so.cap.desktop/logs
Potentially related issues if this is a video quality/rendering problem on Windows:
#1557 - Flickering artifacts and playback lagging
#1552 - Video rendering issues (laggy, pixelated output)
#1291 - Poor recording quality on Windows 11
If any of those match your issue, feel free to add your details there instead.

This is the same underlying issue as #1737 (Windows recording self-exclusion not yet implemented), so we're closing this as a duplicate. Please follow #1737 for updates.
