CPHOS 由十余名国家集训队成员于 2020 年年末组建，经过 5 年的发展，现已有成员接近两百名。作为公益性组织，我们始终致力于：
CPHOS was founded in late 2020 by more than ten members of the National Physics Training Team. After five years of growth, our membership has expanded to nearly two hundred. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to:

自成立以来，CPHOS 已组织公益性模拟考试 27 次，参与联考学校逾百所，单次参与人数稳定在千人规模。📢 "CPHOS物理竞赛联考" 微信公众号持续发布备考经验、试题简报、物竞快讯等高质量内容。
Since its founding, CPHOS has organized 27 non-profit mock examinations, with over one hundred schools participating and consistently over one thousand students per sitting. 📢 Our WeChat official account "CPHOS物理竞赛联考" continuously publishes high-quality content including exam preparation tips, problem briefings, and competition news.

There is no once-and-for-all solution, just as there is no perfect doctrine. We set out with a sincere passion for the development of physics competitions, devoting ourselves to improving the quality of mock examinations — and every joint exam held so far stands as the best testament to that effort. ✨
随着成员们步入大学，我们不仅关注竞赛，更思考如何支持选手的未来。聚餐与沙龙孕育而生，不同方向的学长在此分享经验。新鲜血液的注入为我们带来了源源不断的活力。最初批卷用 PDF 翻阅、服务器自掏腰包维护的场景仍历历在目（笑），但感谢衍复的赞助，让我们能大步前行。
As our members entered university, we began thinking not only about competitions but also about how to support participants' futures. Dinners and salons emerged, where seniors from different fields share their experiences. The constant influx of fresh talent brings us endless vitality. We still vividly remember the early days of grading papers by flipping through PDFs and maintaining servers out of our own pockets (laughs) — but thanks to the sponsorship of Yanfu, we have been able to move forward with great strides.

理事会为最高决策机构，下设五个职能部门。成员工作涵盖部门任务与阅卷协作，正式成员可享有参与学术沙龙等专属权益。
The Board of Directors is the highest decision-making body, with five functional departments beneath it. Members' responsibilities cover departmental tasks and grading collaboration; full members are entitled to exclusive benefits such as participation in academic salons.
最高决策机构。负责发展战略决策及内部规章制度的审定。权力核心，确保组织运行方向。
The highest decision-making body. Responsible for strategic decisions and the review and approval of internal regulations. The core of authority, ensuring the organization's direction.

常务办事机构。负责决议执行、人员管理、财务事务及试题库运营。是组织运转的"中枢"。
The executive body. Responsible for implementing resolutions, personnel management, financial affairs, and question bank operations. The "central hub" of organizational functioning.
