fix!: drop the JsonPointer.Net dependency from the readers - #56
The readers were built against JsonPointer.Net 5.3.1 and used it only to resolve the fragment of an external reference (file.json#/servers/0). JsonPointer.Net 7 removed JsonPointer.Parse(string). An app that ends up on 7.x, for example through JsonSchema.Net 9, therefore hit MissingMethodException when a reference was resolved.
The fragment is now resolved with the library's own JsonPointer/Find, and the package dependency is removed from both the Readers project and Directory.Packages.props.
Testing
An existing test (external #/servers/0 reference) covers this path.
Added support for resolving external JSON references using URI fragments, including nested paths, escaped characters, percent-encoded values, and array indexes.
JSON Pointer strings now follow RFC 6901 escaping rules, with support for converting URI fragments into pointers.
Bug Fixes
Invalid pointers and unresolved fragments now report errors instead of being silently accepted or left unresolved.
BREAKING CHANGE: new JsonPointer("/") no longer points to the root, the
constructor no longer percent-decodes, and malformed pointers throw.
The readers were built against JsonPointer.Net 5.3.1 and used it only to
resolve the fragment of an external reference. JsonPointer.Net 7 removed
JsonPointer.Parse(string), so an app that pulls in 7.x (for example through
JsonSchema.Net 9) hit MissingMethodException when a reference was resolved.
Resolve the fragment with the library's own JsonPointer instead.

The PR replaces external JSON Pointer package usage with an in-repository RFC 6901 parser. It adds URI-fragment decoding, strict escape validation, pointer string formatting, and reference-resolution diagnostics, with unit and AsyncAPI v2/v3 tests.
Changes: JSON Pointer parsing and reference resolution

Summary
JSON Pointer parsing and formatting src/ByteBard.AsyncAPI/JsonPointer.cs, test/ByteBard.AsyncAPI.Tests/JsonPointer_Should.cs
JsonPointer parses RFC 6901 pointers, decodes URI fragments, validates tilde escapes, and formats tokens with the required escapes. Tests cover pointer resolution, round-trips, parent pointers, and invalid inputs.
External reference fragment resolution src/ByteBard.AsyncAPI.Readers/AsyncApiJsonDocumentReader.cs, src/ByteBard.AsyncAPI.Readers/ByteBard.AsyncAPI.Readers.csproj, Directory.Packages.props, test/ByteBard.AsyncAPI.Tests/Models/AsyncApiReference_Should.cs
The reader parses reference fragments and reports malformed pointers or unresolved fragments. AsyncAPI v2 and v3 tests cover nested paths, escaped tokens, encoded characters, array indexes, and errors. The Readers project and central package versions remove JsonPointer.Net.
Malformed external-reference fragments can resolve a key instead of reporting an error. Fix fragment validation before merging; the separate V2 server-reference hazard remains open but was not introduced by this change.

- Around line 181-182: Update the AsyncAPI 2.x server-reference handling around
JsonPointer token extraction to check server.Reference.IsExternal before
reducing a reference to its final token. Reject external references when
serialization cannot preserve their target, and keep name extraction limited to
local references.
- Around line 181-182: Preserve JSON Pointer encoding when rebuilding V2 server
references: escape `~` as `~0` before escaping `/` as `~1` in the server name.
Apply the same encoding when registering server locations in
`AsyncApiWorkspace`, so references round-trip with their original escaped value.

Pins down how the fragment of an external reference resolves: nested paths,
~1 and ~0 escapes, array indices, and a missing fragment. Run against the
previous JsonPointer.Net-based code, these all behave the same except a
percent-encoded fragment, which JsonPointer.Net left encoded and failed to
resolve. RFC 6901 section 6 requires a pointer in a URI fragment to be
percent-decoded, which the library's own JsonPointer does.

@VisualBean Fair concern, so I checked. The pointer is used in only one place: ResolveStreamReference, to evaluate the #/... part of an external reference after the file has been loaded. Internal references resolve through the workspace registry and never touch it. So the scope is external references with a fragment.
To pin that down I added V2 and V3 tests (*_ExternalReference_WithFragment_ResolvesFragment, ExternalReference_WithMissingFragment_ReportsError) for nested paths, ~1/~0 escapes, array indices and a missing fragment. I then ran the same tests against vnext, which still uses JsonPointer.Net:

missing fragment → "Could not resolve reference fragment."
The only difference is the percent-encoded case. RFC 6901 §6 says a pointer inside a URI fragment must be percent-decoded, and our own JsonPointer already does that, so this is a fix rather than a regression.
While writing the V3 versions I found that an external 3.x payload: $ref never resolves at all, on vnext too. That's unrelated to this change, so I fixed it separately in #59.
I believe there is a slight regression in terms of malformed fragments. It used to throw. The existing JsonPointer will try to resolve (might get the wrong thing).
There are some additional cases in RFC6901 that might be worthwhile to investigate.
Like "" refers to the whole document and / to the element with an empty key (or ""), this class takes / as the whole document.
ultimately this is why i decided for jsonpointer.net as;
The json pointer RFC is incredibly complicated for such a short rfc.
See 1.
I think this is a great change, as I don't want people to pin against specific versions just for this lib, but we need this JsonPointer class to be 'correct'.
@VisualBean checking it now! I would love us get it merged by tomorrow so i can keep my weekly streak of releasing stable packages 😂, especially as v2.0 for me make a lot changes which i was holding off till i need do breaking things :P
Addresses review feedback on the JsonPointer.Net removal:
- Malformed pointers (not starting with '/', or '~' not followed by
'0'/'1') now throw AsyncApiException instead of resolving to
something unintended. The reader reports them as diagnostic errors.
- "" is the whole document; "/" is the member with an empty key.
- Percent-decoding only applies to the URI fragment form, via the new
JsonPointer.FromUriFragment. The string form is taken literally.
- ToString re-escapes '~' and '/' and returns "" for the root.
BREAKING CHANGE: new JsonPointer("/") no longer points to the root, the
constructor no longer percent-decodes, and malformed pointers throw.
