Description

Restore Claude reviews by selecting the active Sonnet 4.6 US Bedrock inference profile via claude_args: --model. The retired model fails with an end-of-life 404, and the pinned action ignores the obsolete anthropic_model input, so changing that input alone would not fix reviews.

Migrate the bare @claude review path to the supported prompt input, include repository/PR context, and allow the GitHub CLI commands needed to read and publish the review. Keep custom mentions in interactive mode so the action supplies comment/conversation context. Replace ignored timeout_minutes with a ten-minute job timeout. Document usage in .github/README.md.

No application code or dependencies change. Existing AWS roles, region, permissions, and action pin are unchanged.

How Has This Been Tested?

• actionlint -shellcheck= .github/workflows/claude-pr.yml passed using the repository's locked Nix tool source.
• A throwaway smoke harness parsed YAML, checked all supplied inputs against the pinned action's manifest, checked the explicit model argument and timeout, and executed the prompt-selection/loading shell steps for bare, whitespace-padded, and two custom mentions. All four cases passed.
• Reviewed the pinned action's migration guide and mode-selection code: explicit prompts select automation; omitted prompts preserve interactive context.
• AWS documents us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6 as active and available from us-west-2.

Live inference was not exercised: the sandbox has no AWS inference credentials, and comment-triggered workflows use the default branch definition. After merge, request a bare @claude review and a custom mention; confirm successful inference and posted feedback. The inference role must allow the new profile and its destination models. Application builds/unit tests are not applicable to this workflow-only change.
