Adds
backup restore --mode merge|replace, validates the value and reports the effective mode returned by Arc. Backup list/show now expose cluster-manifest counts and samples: reconciled skips are excluded fromINCOMPLETE, while unregistered files and mid-run manifest changes remain informational. Restore status and--waitshow registration failures, sidecar mismatches, replaced-file counts and gaps in the source backup. The CLI help, README and release notes are updated; the separate docs-site page is not included. Part of #44.Verified with
go test -race -count=1 ./...,go vet ./...,go build ./...,gofmt -l .andgit diff --check. The release dry-run was not run locally.
