Using temp option breaks MFannot #63
Description
Using the MFannot docker container.
If the --T option is set then step 1 fails even though Masterfile_copy is created in the correct location.
mfannot -g 4 -l data/test_mito.log -o data/test_outfile --T data/tmp examples/allomyces.fnaError:

Hello,
The --T flag is the temp working directory, so it should be a folder path. I found this info by running
mfannot -h.Regards,
