[Feature Request] Add optional login_hint and domain_hint to AccountController SignIn endpoint #3244

I want to be able to pass a Users mail-address and domain to the AccountController SignIn method.

_navigationManager.NavigateTo($"/MicrosoftIdentity/Account/SignIn?login_hint={email}&domain_hint={domain}");

Describe alternatives you've considered
I know it possibly could be done by using the Challenge endpoint, but then i have to pass all my params. I just want to pass the mailaddress and login, and leave the rest to fallback on the defaults.
