Projects

The Scrum Poker: real-time planning poker for agile teams. Built with Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind/DaisyUI and Firebase (Firestore, Realtime Database presence, anonymous auth that you can upgrade to an email account). The app lives in scrum-poker-frontend. scrum-poker-cleanup is a scheduled Cloud Function that runs daily to delete stale anonymous users, orphaned players and inactive rooms.

Platform: an internal developer platform on Kubernetes, built as a proof of concept. Developers declare a small WebApi resource; a Go operator runs it, Argo CD syncs each environment from Git, and Kargo promotes changes dev → qa → prod. Start with platform-gitops for the architecture, or platform-bootstrap to run it locally.
