[REQUEST] Throwing Errors #185

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, we throw a lot of errors (even when we expect errors from an execution). We have a logger for devs and a console for returning errors in the application. Can we eliminate all "throws" without messing up the execution logic?

Remove all throw errors.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Prevent all throw errors from being shown to developers running locally.
