- 移除5小时和1周的使用百分比与重置时间字段
- 新增月度使用百分比和重置时间字段支持
- 修改使用数据解析逻辑，适配月度字段
- 更新额度展示文本，显示“Monthly quota”及相关提示
- 修改相关单元测试用例以支持月度额度窗口
- 更新端到端测试，确保月度额度数据正确渲染和验证
