feat: add source audio exchange, SRT workflows and transcription methods - #1116

📝 Walkthrough
Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to Optional GMI cloud transcription can fail when the model rounds the final timestamp slightly past the end of a chunk. With the Traditional Chinese preference on, it can also alter non-Chinese text such as Japanese kanji. Both affect only the opt-in cloud path, so the change is mergeable with a small follow-up. Add a small end-time tolerance for GMI segments.
segment.endSec > durationSec rejects any segment that ends even slightly after the chunk. Chunks from planChunks have arbitrary lengths, for example 1.2345 s. A model that rounds the last phrase end to 1.24 s will fail the entire chunk, and transcribeGmi then fails the whole transcript. The AGY parser at electron/stt/agyProvider.ts Line 94 already allows durationSec + 0.1. Use the same tolerance here and clamp the stored end time.

Only convert to Traditional Chinese when the result is Chinese.
parseTranscript runs toTaiwanTraditional on every segment whenever the preference is on. It does not check the language. OpenCC cn→twp rewrites Japanese shinjitai kanji that are also Simplified Chinese characters (for example 国, 学, 気). A Japanese transcript from GMI is therefore silently altered. The shared traditionalChineseTranscript helper already checks for zh, and the AGY and Whisper paths both use it. Apply the same check here.

Thanks @hansai-art, there's useful work here, but it's too much for one PR. Could you split it into three, in this order?
We won't take GMI Cloud or the AGY CLI route: no third-party cloud STT tied to one vendor, and no coding agent run on untrusted audio. The second audio-import button on the Media page duplicates the existing import (#350), so please drop it too. I'll approve CI on each new PR once I've read its diff. |
Summary
The Media page now supports exchanging source audio and subtitles with external tools, and choosing how speech is transcribed. Users can import an audio source, export its original audio without re-encoding, import an SRT transcript, and export subtitles for either the source or the edited video.
Audio exports contain the source's first audio stream, not the edited timeline mix or its trims, speed, or volume changes. WAV/M4A conversion is available when an uncommon copied codec is unsuitable for another player; MKA playback depends on its codec. Audio imported into a project with video is placed as an audio track; an empty project retains it as an independently transcribable/exportable source.
AGY requires a supported, installed, signed-in CLI on macOS or Linux. Its integration is unavailable on Windows. It runs without a shell or permission bypass, uses a temporary audio workspace and a restricted inherited environment, validates the final timed JSON response, bounds runtime/output, and kills its process group on cancellation. Cloud recognition produces phrase timestamps, not fabricated word alignment. Script conversion does not correct recognition errors or homophones.

The shared editor/settings changes apply across desktop platforms; AGY is limited to macOS/Linux. Packaging includes OpenCC attribution.

Native macOS GUI smoke acceptance is recorded in the sanitized acceptance report. No personal recording or desktop capture is attached.
Testing
89021f07:npm testproduced 4,687 passed / 1 failed / 4 skipped. The initial-render wait inLeftPanel.copyMessage.test.tsxexceeded its limit in the full run and first isolated run. A clean main control and final unchanged feature-branch run each passed 3/3; neither product code nor test timeout was changed. The original full-suite result is not claimed as green. Focused media/STT/attribution checks passed 118/118.i18n:check,docs:check,licenses:generate, and production Vite build passed. Node 22.22.1 / npm 10.9.4. Independent source-to-main integration review passed; upstream vocabulary and media-clock extraction are retained.2.0.1-hans.7: native save dialogs produced stream-copy M4A, PCM24 WAV and AAC M4A; all decoded, and copied AAC packet bytes match the input exactly. WAV/M4A imports created audio assets/regions. Local Whisper and AGY produced saved Traditional Chinese transcripts; source/timeline SRT exported and source SRT re-imported successfully. With auto-transcription enabled, a newly imported neutral video generated three AGY phrases without a recognition click. The candidate is the pre-port local branch (4,350 tests passed / 1 skipped), not a packaged upstream-main build. Windows/Linux GUI validation has not been performed.Live recognition was exercised on the pre-port macOS candidate with a newly synthesized 7.058-second Mandarin sample. Local Whisper (Metal) and the installed, signed-in AGY CLI returned timed transcripts. This is a sample-specific functionality check, not a speed or accuracy guarantee: the installed Whisper first run was substantially slower than the earlier direct-manager runs and its cause is unresolved; Whisper retained a homophone error, and AGY also had an earlier failed run before the successful adapter check. GMI HTTP contract tests use controlled responses; no successful live GMI transcription is claimed. Historical GMI attempts included timeouts and HTTP errors, and the current cloud route still needs live acceptance.
Implementation and review used AI coding assistance; all public code and metric-only evidence were checked for credentials and private paths.
