   If you are willing to use Bazel for your build, you might be able to make something work using this: http://github.com/bcsgh/bazel_rules/blob/master/repositories/repositories.bzl#L75-L82

   You will also need:

   • microhttpd
   • And likely some ssl/tls implementation.

   Note, I don't have access to a Win10 system (or any windows system for that mater) so I don't know how well that works. If you have any luck or issue, I'd be very interested in how things go.
