fix(geometry): exclude SVG definitions from painted shape checks #306

Description

@rudycelekli

Problem

The geometry verifier treats shapes inside SVG definitions as painted nodes/connectors at their local definition coordinates. A reusable inline component can therefore produce a false clipping report at a location where no node is painted.

Reproduction

An owned SVG contains a label mask at x50,y80,width80,height12, followed by <defs><g id="node-prototype"><rect x="100" y="70" width="100" height="60" .../></g></defs>, and an actual <use href="#node-prototype" x="300"/> instance. The public geometry CLI reports that the unpainted definition clips the mask by30×12px. Native pinned Playwright1.62/Chromium151 places the real instance at x400,270px clear of the mask, and rendered lint is clean.

Proposed scope

Exclude definition-only containers from literal painted shape checks. Preserve ordinary painted groups and existing connector/mask rules. This does not add general <use> instance resolution or pretend that referenced geometry is comprehensively source-checked; native rendered lint remains the separate paint check.
